After graduating from Grant MacEwan University’s Massage Therapy course in 2015, I have taken multiple classes with professionals Kip Petch and James Waslaski in 2017 and 2018, including the opportunity to assist James in teaching a class in 2018.
I have worked with a variety of cases in my near-decade of work from post-surgery care, to sports injuries, to various cases of arthritis and even a crushed ankle from a fall.
I utilize both the foundation I learned in school, and the more advanced methods of application that I studied with James, known as Integrated Manual Therapy, to perform my treatments. These treatments use a variety of Joint mobilization, as well as facial and musclework in a pain free manner, typically. I focus on injury prevention via mobilization of “stuck” structures, and injury rehabilitation by reduction of pain, and muscle activation.
